The Trauma Informed Workplace Practitioner Certification

The course includes ten, on-demand modules you can complete at your own pace. To supplement the on-demand learning, you will also have access to a virtual community and virtual office hours with Founder & CEO, Stephanie Lemek.

In this course, we focus on the basics of trauma and how it shows up in the workplace. We then dive into detail on each of the Wounded Workforce’s seven principles of trauma informed workplaces. We cover each principle specifically and highlight it in action in the workplace. In the final module, we focus on action and help you build a roadmap to beginning to build at trauma informed culture in your organization.

This course was designed with HR, Talent, and People Ops professionals in mind; however, it can benefit anyone interested in learning more about how to build trauma informed cultures on their team and within their organization.
